Survey
We walk the building, measure signal, trace what is plugged into what, and photograph the rack.

Design
A diagram and a parts list you can read, with the reasoning for each choice written next to it.

Install
Cut over outside business hours wherever possible, with the old kit left in place until the new one is proven.

Monitor
Every device reports in. We usually know a circuit is down before the first call arrives.

We standardize on a small number of business grade platforms so our team knows them thoroughly. We will tell you which we recommend for your size and why.
Do we have to replace everything at once?
No. Most upgrades run in stages: firewall first, then switching, then wireless, spread across budget periods.
Can you work with our existing cabling?
We test it. Cable that still meets spec stays. Runs that fail get replaced, and you see the test results either way.
