Clickdriven Technical Solutions

About

Built by people who have been on the other end of the call

Clickdriven Technical Solutions is a managed service provider working with small and mid sized organizations across New York State, Ontario, and Quebec. Servers, mail, phones, networks, backups, and security, run as one service rather than six vendors.

How we work

Boring, documented, and on time

There is no proprietary advantage in this industry. Every provider installs similar tools from similar vendors. What varies is whether the work is actually done: whether the backup was tested, whether the patch went out, whether anyone wrote down how the phone system routes calls.

We built Clickdriven around the parts that get skipped. Documentation is current because it is part of the ticket, not a project for later. Restores are tested on a schedule. When we recommend spending money, the reasoning is written next to the number.

  • Every managed device is monitored and patched on a published schedule
  • Backup restores are tested and the results are recorded
  • Documentation is yours and is handed over on request
  • Response times are contractual, not aspirational
  • Projects and hardware are quoted before the work starts
  • No long lock in. If we stop earning it, you should be able to leave

Who we work with

Organizations without an IT department

  • Professional firms

Law, accounting, engineering, and surveying practices with client data that has to stay confidential and available.

  • Nonprofits

Lean teams, grant funded budgets, and boards that need documented controls. We work within those constraints rather than around them.

  • Trades and contractors

Field staff, mobile devices, and an office that has to answer the phone. Uptime matters more than novelty.

  • Small manufacturers

Mixed environments where a line control system from 2011 shares a network with modern workstations.

Coverage

On both sides of the border

Cross border work brings its own requirements: where data is allowed to live, which privacy law applies, and which regulator asks the questions. We handle clients in both countries and treat those differences as part of the design rather than an afterthought.

  • Syracuse, New York Central and Western New York, Southern Tier, Mohawk Valley
  • Ottawa, Ontario National Capital Region, Eastern Ontario, Outaouais
